Automation Engineer

Automation Engineer (NodeJS + WebdriverIO + Mocha + Chai)

We are looking for 4 highly skilled Automation Engineers with strong expertise in NodeJS, WebdriverIO, Mocha, and Chai. The ideal candidates will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust automation test frameworks, ensuring high-quality delivery of software releases.

Responsibilities :

Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts using NodeJS + WebdriverIO + Mocha + Chai

Execute automated test suites for regression, functional, and end-to-end testing

Collaborate closely with developers, QA teams, and product owners

Identify, document, and track defects through resolution

Participate in sprint ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement

Ensure test coverage, debugging, and optimization of automation scripts

Work independently and deliver high-quality work within AEST working hours

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Strong hands-on experience with NodeJS, WebdriverIO, Mocha, and Chai

Solid understanding of automation frameworks and best practices

Experience with CI / CD pipelines and version control tools (Git preferred)

Good understanding of API testing, REST / JSON integrations

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment

Strong communication skills

Contract Details :

Duration : 5–6 months

Extension : Contract may be renewed based on performance

Timezone : 6 : 00am - 1 : 30pm IST

Number of Positions : 4
