Purpose of the role

We have exciting opportunity for Sr. Infrastructure Engineers to work with General Mill’s various Advanced Digital Transformation teams and partner to achieve required business outcomes by transforming, simplifying, integrating and managing our services in cloud.

We are seeking a highly skilled MuleSoft Platform & Automation Engineer with expertise in managing and automating the MuleSoft ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in MuleSoft Platform Administration, Automation, and CI / CD along with exposure to Mule Development. Additional knowledge of Cloud Composer (Airflow), GCP, Terraform, Confluent Kafka and scripting is a plus.

Primary responsibilities include Administration and Automation excellence, consultation, optimization and implementation.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Manage and automate MuleSoft AnyPoint Platform configurations, including API management, security, deployments, monitoring and governance etc.
• Troubleshoot the production issues and provide root cause.
• Setup and support highly available Integration Platform Infrastructure (IaaS / PaaS).
• Automate LastMile Security Certificate Management and renewal processes.
• Implement CI / CD pipelines to streamline MuleSoft application deployments.
• Develop self-healing and proactive monitoring solutions for MuleSoft applications and APIs.
• Work with Developers to triage production bugs Manage a queue of cases and work with users and other support teams to troubleshoot production issues.
• Provide 24
• 7 on-call production support once every month on rotational basis.
• Integrate GitHub with MuleSoft Design Centre and automate code deployment & rollback mechanisms.
• Implement infrastructure automation using Terraform for MuleSoft environments.
• Ensure high availability and fault tolerance of MuleSoft applications through proper configurations and failover strategies.
• Would need to support Enterprise platform with rotational on-call support.
