- Develop and deliver high-quality software solutions
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to develop and refine project requirements
- Design and develop code solutions using PHP, Java, Laravel, and other PHP Components and Frameworks
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members
- Ensure adherence to coding and quality standards through code reviews and testing
- Participate in planning and estimation of project timelines and resource requirements
