Jiffy by Spencers is actively looking for a dynamic and results-driven Rider Sourcing Executive to manage and execute sourcing strategies to onboard delivery riders efficiently. The role involves identifying, attracting, and onboarding suitable candidates to meet the operational demands of our last-mile delivery network.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement rider sourcing strategies to meet hiring targets.
- Use multiple channels such as field recruitment, online job portals, referrals, and local community engagement to attract riders.
- Conduct interviews, screenings, and document verification for potential hires.
- Collaborate with operations and HR teams to ensure smooth onboarding and training.
- Build relationships with existing riders for referrals and retention programs.
- Monitor sourcing metrics and continuously optimize recruitment efforts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
- Address candidate queries and provide necessary assistance throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications & Skills :
1-3 years of experience in blue-collar hiring, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, or food delivery.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.Experience in field recruitment and grassroots-level engagement.Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.Fluency in local language(s) is preferred.
