User Interface Designer

Opportunity

As a UI Designer at QDC, you will create modern, intuitive, and AI-powered interfaces that delight users and simplify complex workflows. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customers and other stakeholders to design interfaces that are lightweight, intelligent, and scalable.

A mandatory part of this role is the ability to use AI tools extensively for UI generation, rapid prototyping, UX flows, component creation, and visual ideation .

Responsibilities

• Design clean, intuitive, and AI-enhanced interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Use AI-based design tools (MANDATORY) such as Figma AI, Galileo AI, Uizard, Midjourney / DALL
• E, Framer AI, and other generative tools.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, customers and other stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-assisted UI designs .
• Build and maintain an AI-ready design system with components that support smart interactions and dynamic data.
• Work with Engineering to ensure proper implementation and interaction fidelity.
• Prototype AI-driven user journeys, predictive flows, and intelligent suggestions.
• Conduct usability checks (AI-simulated or manual) and iterate quickly using AI-powered testing tools.
• Document design patterns, components, and AI-generated design standards.
• Improve UI consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness across the product.
