Area(s) of responsibility

Oversee technical architecture, integration design, and data conversion strategy for Oracle PHC and CDM systems, ensuring scalable and secure implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end technical architecture for PHC and CDM integrations with CRM, CPQ and ERPs.
• Lead metadata transformation setup, outbound publication framework configuration, and exception handling.
• Design and supervise one-time customer and product data conversion from legacy systems to CDM / PHC.
• Coordinate development of BI Publisher reports for outbound validation and reconciliation.
• Mentor technical consultants and ensure adherence to coding, testing, and deployment standards.
