About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Engineering Manager with deep hands-on experience in Node.js, Python, and AI-driven backend systems . This role combines strong technical expertise with people leadership — driving innovation, scalability, and intelligent automation across projects. The ideal candidate will lead high-performing teams to build smart, data-driven, and high-performance platforms using modern frameworks and emerging AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide continuous technical leadership, participate in architectural design discussions, and ensure adherence to best coding and quality standards.
• Lead multiple backend teams through the entire SDLC with ownership of delivery scope, timelines, and quality.
• Architect, design, and optimize backend solutions built on Node.js , Python (FastAPI / Flask) , microservices , and AI-enabled systems .
• Integrate AI and machine learning models into products to improve decision-making, automation, and performance.
• Drive Agile best practices — sprint planning, retrospectives, and transparent communication with stakeholders.
• Manage project progress, risks, and deliverables using structured reporting and modern DevOps tools.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (DevOps, UI / UX, QA, Product) to ensure seamless delivery.
• Mentor engineers, encourage innovation, and build a culture of technical excellence and learning.
• Partner with other engineering leads to align technology vision, scalability, and AI-driven architecture improvements.
