Human Resources Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Ahmedabad. The HR Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of the human resources function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training, and development. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing hiring and onboarding processes, facilitating employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring adherence to applicable labor laws and regulations. The role will also involve supporting organizational strategy through talent management and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Proven ability in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
• Knowledge of Employment Law, Compliance Regulations, and Labor Relations
• Proficiency in HRIS software and systems
• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal abilities
• Flexibility and experience in managing change within an organization
• Relevant educational qualifications such as a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;

advanced degrees or certifications (e.G., SHRM-CP or PHR) are a plus
