Job Description : Assistant Manager – Human Resources

Location : Ahmedabad

Experience : 5+ Years

Qualification : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and payroll coordination.
• Manage employee lifecycle activities, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity), and HR documentation.
• Support performance management, training & development, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Drive HR policies, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
• Coordinate with plant teams for manpower planning, shift management, and shop-floor HR requirements.
• Ensure smooth execution of audits and maintain HR MIS reports.
