We’re hiring a Backend Developer who understands that great engineering is not just about writing code—it’s about building systems that scale, perform, and elevate the entire product.

🔧 The Role

• Build and maintain backend services using Node.Js (LTS 20 / 22) .
• Develop clean, testable JavaScript / TypeScript code.
• Create RESTful APIs (Express.Js / NestJS).
• Work with MongoDB + Mongoose , and optionally Redis.
• Implement authentication, JWT, RBAC, and secure middleware.
• Collaborate on API architecture, caching, real-time communication, and integrations.
• Use CI / CD pipelines, (optional) Docker, and cloud deployments.
• Implement logging, monitoring (PM2), and resolve performance issues.
• Write automated tests and follow Git best practices.
