Role Overview

Were looking for passionate and dynamic Business Development Executives (freshers & experienced) who have a strong interest in the EdTech sector .

Your role will focus on driving student enrollments partnership acquisition and expanding our learning programs through consultative sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with potential students and parents to understand their career aspirations and recommend suitable programs.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and counselling to enrollment closure.
  • Maintain strong follow-up through calls WhatsApp and email to ensure conversions.
  • Work closely with marketing and operations teams to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls conversions and reports in CRM tools.
  • Identify new business opportunities through colleges partners and digital campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline
  • Excellent communication persuasion and presentation skills.
  • Strong interest or prior experience in EdTech / Education sales is mandatory.
  • Goal-driven and capable of working under performance-based environments.
  • Proficient in using MS Office CRM and online communication tools.
