About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented Senior Business Analyst / Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our technology team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in core banking solutions—especially Finacle , Islamic banking, and enterprise workflow / digital platforms. The role demands a strong understanding of both conventional and Islamic banking processes, along with hands-on expertise in implementing complex digital transformation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. System Expertise & Consulting

• Serve as the primary SME for Finacle Conventional Core , including Treasury and Trade Finance (TF) modules—covering configuration, customization, and process optimization.
• Act as the SME for Finacle Islamic Core (IFB) , ensuring compliance with Sharia principles and supporting Islamic banking operations.
• Provide expert consultancy on integrating Finacle with digital channels and peripheral systems.

2. Workflow & Digital Solutions Implementation

3. Customer Onboarding & Process Re-Engineering

4. Stakeholder Management & Mentorship
