Key Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing Operations

• Manage and segment contact lists within Zoho CRM .
• Execute email outreach campaigns using Zoho Campaigns , including setup, sequencing, and performance tracking.
• Draft compelling outreach emails, newsletters, and LinkedIn posts for company updates or AI offerings.
• Track responses, follow-ups, and engagement metrics to refine campaigns.
