About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with strong full-stack development expertise in Java, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, React JS, and SQL. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, React JS, Servlets, and JSP.

Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs.

Maintain code quality, organization, and automation standards.

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Mentor junior developers and promote best practices.

Work with customers to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Required Skills & Experience :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack Java development.

Strong proficiency in Java 1.8+, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, React JS, and SQL.

Experience with Servlets, JSP, EJB is a plus.

Familiarity with application servers like WebLogic, JBoss, or Tomcat.

Proficiency in front-end technologies : HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery.

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices is an added advantage.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
