MS D365 BC Support Specialist

Sikich is seeking an MS D365 BC Support Specialist with functional and technical skills to join our D365 Business Central (BC) team to provide functional and / or technical support to end users, troubleshooting system issues, and assist with system enhancements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Business Central, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of business processes across finance, operations, and supply chain.

Job Responsibilities :

Provide support for Business Central (on-premise and cloud) users.

Diagnose and resolve system issues, including configuration, data, and user errors.

Manage support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with stakeholders.

Work with functional consultants, developers, and business users to test and deploy solutions.

Document support cases, resolutions, and user guides.

Support system upgrades, patches, and new release deployments.

Assist with user training and onboarding.

Collaborate with IT and business teams to improve processes and system performance.

Identify recurring issues and suggest long-term solutions or process improvements.

Ability to document all work, both internally and client facing.

Ability to work independently, as well as within a small project group.

Ability to follow a project plan created by Sikich for tasks to be completed by due date.

Participate and communicate progress with the assigned tasks.

Required Qualifications :

3+ years of experience with Microsoft D365 Business Central, including knowledge supporting clients with financials and supply chain.

Proficiency in several ISV Products

PowerBI and PowerAutomate experience preferred, but not required

Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required

Strong written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skills

Ability to be client facing with support tasks as needed and required

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Proficient in Smart-Sheets

Proficient in Microsoft D365 Business Central configuration package imports
