Job Summary :
We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Marketing Analyst to join our marketing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing marketing performance, customer behavior, and campaign ROI to support data-informed decision-making.
This role plays a key part in optimizing marketing strategies and driving growth through actionable Collection & Analysis :
- Collect and analyze data from various marketing channels (e.g., digital campaigns, CRM, social media, email marketing, web analytics).
- Track key marketing KPIs such as conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and ROI.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness and suggest & Dashboards :
- Develop and maintain dashboards and regular performance reports for marketing leadership.
- Present insights in a clear and concise manner to internal stakeholders.
- Visualize data trends using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data & Competitor Research :
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, customer preferences, and industry trends.
- Perform competitor analysis to benchmark performance and refine Optimization :
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize email, social, and digital advertising campaigns based on data.
- A / B test marketing assets and measure outcomes to drive better campaign & Segmentation Analysis :
- Analyze customer data to uncover insights into behavior, segmentation, and targeting strategies.
- Support audience profiling and personalization Qualifications :
- Bachelors / master's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
