Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to lead design development, project coordination, and client engagement for commercial and residential architecture projects in Mumbai. The ideal candidate brings strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and the ability to guide teams toward delivering high-quality, buildable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead concept development, schematic design, and detailed design for assigned projects
• Oversee preparation of GFCs, working drawings, and technical documentation
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure design alignment
• Conduct regular site visits, monitor progress, and resolve design-related issues
• Engage with clients, present design proposals, and manage feedback effectively
• Mentor junior team members and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, bye-laws, and approvals
