About the Role
Readywire is seeking an energetic
Inside Sales Executive
to drive lead qualification, client engagement, and business development for our
AI-driven Sales Platform .
You’ll leverage in-house
AI tools
to identify potential clients, explain our solutions, and schedule meetings with the Sales Manager — playing a key role in driving our next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Qualification & Outreach
Use AI-powered systems to identify, score, and qualify leads.
Reach out via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage potential clients.
Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups.
Business Development & Sales Support
Present product features and map them to customer needs.
Schedule demos and assist the Sales Manager in closing deals.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve sales strategies.
Relationship Management
Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
What We’re Looking For
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience : 1–5 Years |
Skills :
Excellent spoken and written English; fluency in Hindi preferred.
Mindset :
Confident, persuasive, proactive, and target-driven.
Tech Skills :
Familiar with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and lead databases (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.).
Bonus :
Exposure to AI, automation, or digital transformation solutions.
