Job Title : Salesforce Tech Lead Job Description We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Tech Lead to oversee the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions across our organization. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in Salesforce, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. This role involves guiding a team of developers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving innovation and continuous improvement within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities Solution Architecture & Development Lead the design and architecture of scalable, robust Salesforce solutions.

Oversee development and customization of Salesforce applications following best practices.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

Integrate Salesforce with internal and third-party applications as required.

Team Leadership & Collaboration Provide technical leadership and direction to the Salesforce development team.

Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and system admins for seamless execution.

Promote Agile methodologies and DevOps practices within the team.

Maintenance & Optimization Ensure efficient maintenance, optimization, and performance tuning of Salesforce applications.

Troubleshoot and enhance existing Salesforce solutions and integrations.

Stay updated with Salesforce enhancements and implement relevant new features.

Governance & Compliance Ensure adherence to internal governance, compliance standards, and Salesforce best practices.

Maintain clear documentation for solution designs, development, and integrations.

Uphold data security, integrity, and privacy standards.

Required Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Master’s degree preferred.

Experience 5+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components).

2+ years in a technical lead or similar leadership role.

Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or related products.

Strong integration experience using MuleSoft, REST / SOAP APIs, or similar technologies.

Certifications Salesforce Platform Developer certification required.

Salesforce Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent certifications highly desirable.

Key Skills Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, best practices, and development methodologies.

Proficiency in Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, and integration tools.

Hands-on knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices (CI / CD, version control).

Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
