applications in the world. We are located in Chakan Pune Maharasthra and sales office

in #10 , Wing Fan India Private Limited, Clay Works Create, No. 11th KM, Arekere,

Bannerghatta Main Road, Bangalore – with headquarters in Hamburg, Germany.

The role

You will be part of Wing Fan India Sales team in India and be joining a company that

emphasizes action, quality, flexibility and innovative thinking. Our company has an

involved in the projects from start to finish and have a wide range of contacts across

the organization in our daily work

We are looking for new Sales Engineers in India.

Key areas of responsibility :

➢ Present, promote and sell the entire range of products and services using solid

arguments to existing and especially prospective customers in a dedicated

geographic area

➢ Develop the market for fan as well as any newly launched product.

➢ Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing / potential customers to

meet their technical and commercial needs

➢ Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

also by keeping the CRM system constantly updated

➢ Reach out to customer leads through cold calling

➢ Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize

satisfaction

➢ Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

➢ Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

➢ Analyse the territory / market’s potential, track sales and status reports

➢ Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests,

competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

➢ Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

➢ Continuously improve through feedback

Professional Qualifications :

➢ Proven work experience as a Sales Representative if possible in the fan, HVAC & R

industry or in another component sales position for the OEM industry

➢ Excellent knowledge of MS Office

➢ Familiarity with ERP and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business

professional relationships

➢ Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

➢ Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills

➢ Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

➢ Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

➢ Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

➢ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field

➢ Willing to travel
