Job Description -

• Support the sales team in their day-to-day operations as per assigned vertical.
• Coordinate with multiple departments like Finance, Ad Operations, Quality Team, Legal Team, etc. for daily operational activities
• Handle client queries and manage communication with multiple clients to ensure smooth and effective functioning for ad assets to go live.
• Maintain an end-to-end database for all client deals in OMS to ensure that the ad campaigns are set up and can go live on time.
• Track client records and activities for effective process management.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for necessary QC and SNP approvals and compliance
• Manage mid-flight changes and handle necessary paperwork with client / agency including deal grid approvals, sales agreement approvals, etc.
• Analyze and track the performance of live deals on a daily / weekly basis.
