We are seeking a motivated and technically sound IT Recruiter with 3+ years of experience to hire variety of software engineering roles. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of modern technology stacks and the full software development landscape : including frontend, middleware, and backend components.
It is a Full-Time, WFO role in Faridabad.
About the Role
You will primarily be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for positions such as : Full Stack Developers, GenAI Engineers, Testers, DevOps, Backend Developers, SAP etc.
Exposure to European markets shall be given preference.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT roles (sourcing to onboarding).
- Source candidates through job portals, social platforms, networks, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and assess candidates based on technical skill sets relevant to data and software development roles.
- Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate technical understanding, communication skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers; manage feedback and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and reports.
- Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs for data and development domains.
- Stay up to date with market trends, evolving technologies, and hiring best practices.
Qualifications
