Strength Analysis Manager / Leader(OEM)

Job Responsibilities :

Work experience : 13 to 15 years

Planning and progress management for business implementation

Reviewing business results and formulating method improvement plans.

Manage a development team for durability and strength performances

Tentative 3 months to 6 months of deputation / training in Japan

Mandatory Skill :

Experience working on automobile Strength / Durability at an automotive OEM company.

(With more than 5 years of experience using NX software / CAD creation software, Hyper Mesh, LS-DYNA, MSC Nastran-SOL101, SOL111, SOL112)

Knowledge of material mechanics and automobile structure

Experience as manager of a development team for durability and strength performance of automobiles

Experience in performance development other than durability and strength of automobile bodies

Japanese conversation ability

Ambitious and actively take on the challenge of improving your skills while valuing teamwork.

Development experience in automotive OEM.
