• Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure product objectives are met.
• Performance Metrics : Establish key performance indicators for new features and monitor the impact on user engagement and satisfaction.
• Customer Insights : Gather and integrate customer feedback to guide product improvements and innovations.
• Agile Project Management : Lead agile project management processes, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
