Experience : 10–15 years

Qualification : BE / MBA or other graduates with strong academic records

Industry : Commodity Derivatives / Financial Services

Job Description / Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Act as a bridge between Business and Technology to enhance processes.
• Analyze data, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions.
• Understand operations across commodity derivatives and exchange-related processes.
• Automate manual processes and streamline workflows while ensuring compliance.
• Assess regulatory implications, prepare reports, and ensure timely submissions.
• Lead, mentor, and manage teams; handle audits and fine-tune policies.
• Drive continuous process improvement and innovative solutions.

Skills & Competencies : Leadership, problem-solving, team management, communication, compliance awareness, process improvement, and ability to work independently under deadlines.

Preferred : Experience in financial services / capital markets, especially commodity derivatives.
