Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic
Branding and Marketing Manager
to lead the development, implementation, and management of our brand and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a strong and consistent brand identity across all channels, driving customer engagement, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
Brand Management :
Develop and execute brand strategies that position the company effectively in the market.
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and communication platforms.
Manage brand guidelines and ensure compliance internally and externally.
Lead brand refresh initiatives and oversee creative direction for branding assets.
Marketing Strategy & Campaigns :
Coordination with external agencies like IESA, ISM etc.
Responsible for outside India image building
Drive Webinar campaigns by co-ordinating with relevant stake holders
Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns (online and offline) to support business objectives.
Develop marketing plans that include digital marketing, print advertising, PR, events, and social media.
Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on analytics and feedback.
Identify opportunities for new marketing channels and partnerships.
Prepare all marketing collaterals by coordinating with relevant stake holders
All Event Managements across India
Market Research & Analysis :
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
Use data insights to refine positioning, messaging, and marketing strategies.
Monitor customer feedback and industry developments to inform brand evolution.
Team Leadership & Collaboration :
Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals and creatives.
Work closely with product, sales, and customer service teams to align messaging and marketing efforts.
Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Master’s preferred.
5+ years of experience in branding and marketing roles, preferably in a managerial capacity.
Proven track record of successful brand management and marketing campaign execution.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills :
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms.
Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
Experience in B2B marketing environments.
Strong storytelling and content development skills.

Brand awareness and recognition scores.
Lead generation and conversion rates.
Campaign ROI and engagement metrics.
