We’re hiring a Senior Kubernetes Engineer to architect, optimize, and scale cloud-native infrastructure while leading high-impact DevOps initiatives across our engineering teams.

What you'll do

• Architect, deploy, and manage highly available Kubernetes clusters across cloud and hybrid environments
• Lead the design of scalable microservices infrastructure , ensuring reliability, security, and performance
• Implement advanced GitOps workflows , CI / CD pipelines, and automated deployment strategies
• Optimize cluster performance, autoscaling, workloads, networking, and resource utilization
• Establish security standards including RBAC, workload isolation, network policies, encryption, and compliance
• Troubleshoot complex distributed-system issues and guide teams through production incidents
• Collaborate with DevOps, SRE, Cloud, and Platform Engineering teams to standardize best practices
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal documentation, processes, and playbooks
• Evaluate new cloud-native technologies and drive adoption across engineering teams
