Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Finance Head to oversee and manage all financial aspects of the organization. The ideal candidate will play a key leadership role in driving financial strategy ensuring compliance maintaining fiscal discipline and supporting business growth through insightful financial management.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Planning :

Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals to ensure long-term financial sustainability.

Budgeting & Forecasting :

Lead the preparation of annual budgets forecasts and financial models to guide management decision-making.

Accounting & Compliance :

Oversee accounting operations statutory audits and ensure compliance with applicable laws regulations and standards.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management :

Manage working capital banking relationships and cash flow to ensure liquidity and optimize fund utilization.

Internal Controls & Governance :

Establish and monitor strong internal controls risk management frameworks and corporate governance practices.

Financial Reporting & Analysis :

Deliver accurate and timely financial reports MIS and variance analyses to support strategic and operational decisions.

Team Leadership & Development :

Lead mentor and develop the finance team fostering a culture of accountability accuracy and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional qualification preferred.

10 15 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.

Strong background in accounting auditing and financial management .

Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
