Job Title : Senior Continental Chef

Salary : ₹3 – ₹4.2 LPA

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Continental Chef to lead our kitchen. You will ensure food is of high quality, beautifully presented, and prepared efficiently. You should have strong knowledge of continental and Italian cuisines and be able to guide and inspire your team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the kitchen team.
• Train and mentor junior staff.
• Manage inventory, stock rotation (FIFO), and reduce waste.
• Keep cooking stations ready during busy hours.
• Hire and train new kitchen staff.
• Help with menu planning and maintain hygiene and safety standards.
