Program Manager - Travel Firm

Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Product, Ops, Sales, and Engineering.
• Track program milestones, prepare dashboards, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Identify process gaps and drive improvements for operational efficiency.
• Manage stakeholders, align on priorities, and ensure smooth communication.
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and program performance tracking.
• Prepare detailed reports, documentation, and business Skills & 3-5 years of experience in Program Management / Project Management.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to work with Excel / Google Sheets (SQL is a plus).
• Experience in startups, tech, SaaS, or e-commerce preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and execution skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
