Job Description :

The IT Infrastructure Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and efficiency.

This role involves designing, implementing, and troubleshooting network systems, servers, and data security measures.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and Implementation : Develop and implement network and server solutions to improve efficiency and security.
• Server Management : Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Maintenance and Support : Monitor network and server performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support.
• Security Management : Configure firewalls, routing, switching, and server security to maximize network and data protection.
• Upgrades and Updates : Schedule and perform system and server upgrades and updates.
• Documentation : Prepare and maintain documentation of network and server configurations and changes.
• Collaboration : Work with internal teams and external clients to ensure IT systems meet business needs.
