We are looking for a tech-savvy Growth & Community Manager who can generate inbound clients through content, community engagement, and modern digital strategies—without traditional cold outreach.

Responsibilities :
- Engage in startup communities (Reddit, Slack, Discord, IndieHackers)
- Identify and respond to founders looking for development partners
- Create short-form content and case studies
- Manage Clutch, GoodFirms, and SEO profiles
- Build thought leadership for Lionasys
- Track inbound leads and nurture early conversations
- Collaborate with the tech team for insights and demos
