Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Talent Acquisition professional to lead and mentor our recruitment team supporting Canada. This is a hybrid role that combines hands-on recruitment for critical positions with team management and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be a player-coach, passionate about both sourcing top talent and developing a high-performing recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Management & Leadership (40%)

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Conduct regular one-on-ones, provide continuous feedback, and support the professional development of team members.
• Oversee the team's workload, ensuring equitable distribution and efficient management of requisitions.
• Monitor team performance against KPIs (Time-to-Fill, Quality of Hire, Candidate Satisfaction) and implement improvement strategies.
