Adobe Campaign Developer

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop complex multi-step email, SMS, push , and cross-channel marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign.
• Create and manage workflows for audience segmentation, data extraction, personalization, and delivery.
• Configure templates, forms, schemas, and business rules within Adobe Campaign.
• Integrate Adobe Campaign with other platforms (e.g., CRM, CMS, analytics tools, APIs) to support seamless data flow.
• Work with marketing stakeholders to translate campaign requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize campaign performance through data-driven enhancements and A / B testing.
• Maintain and troubleshoot delivery logs, errors, and campaign tracking issues.
• Collaborate with QA and data teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
• Document workflows, configurations, and campaign management practices.
