Aadarsh Private Limited, a leading name in the printing, publishing, and packaging industry, is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented International & Domestic Sales Manager to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate new business leads and expand company presence across domestic and international markets.
- Increase revenue and business volume from existing clients.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote our printing, publishing, and packaging services globally and within India.
- Identify, approach, and onboard new international and domestic clients.
- Represent the company in book fairs, client meetings, exhibitions, and business tours, showcasing our production capabilities.
- Handle complete client communication cycle inquiry, estimation, negotiation, order finalization, production coordination, and delivery tracking.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with domestic and overseas clients for repeat and consistent business.
- Coordinate closely with production, design, and dispatch teams to ensure high-quality output and timely execution.
- Achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets through strategic business development and strong client engagement.
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports, sales forecasts, and client feedback summaries to management.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Proven experience in international or domestic B2B sales, preferably in printing, packaging, publishing, or related industries.Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.Willingness to travel for book fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings.Ability to work independently and deliver results in a target-driven environment.Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.(ref : iimjobs.com)
