WMS User

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for inbound, outbound, and inventory management processes
• Ensure accurate data entry for receipt of goods, stock transfers, dispatches, and returns
• Monitor stock levels and support cycle counting and physical inventory processes
• Assist in planning space utilization and optimizing warehouse layout through the WMS
• Generate reports related to stock movement, discrepancies, order status, and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to troubleshoot issues related to inventory, barcode scanning, and system updates
• Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain data accuracy in the WMS
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports
• Coordinate with IT and system vendors for system enhancements, updates, and troubleshooting
• Assist in training new users on WMS processes and functionalities
