Key Responsibilities :
- Operate the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for inbound, outbound, and inventory management processes
- Ensure accurate data entry for receipt of goods, stock transfers, dispatches, and returns
- Monitor stock levels and support cycle counting and physical inventory processes
- Assist in planning space utilization and optimizing warehouse layout through the WMS
- Generate reports related to stock movement, discrepancies, order status, and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to troubleshoot issues related to inventory, barcode scanning, and system updates
- Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain data accuracy in the WMS
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports
- Coordinate with IT and system vendors for system enhancements, updates, and troubleshooting
- Assist in training new users on WMS processes and functionalities
Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred4-5 years of experience in warehouse operations with working knowledge of WMS softwareGood understanding of inventory management and order processing workflowsProficiency in MS Excel and reporting toolsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficientlyGood communication and coordination skillsAnalytical mindset with ability to work with dataPreferred :
