Sr Associate Associate - Finance

We are seeking a detailoriented Finance Executive to manage our subscription process endtoend in a fastpaced SaaS environment. The primary responsibility will involve starting updating resuming and accurately activating subscriptions while ensuring the subscription algorithm is followed. This role requires precision especially during hectic monthend periods and will also include tasks like monthly revenue reconciliation inventory accounting for a retail subsidiary invoicing and ARrelated duties. Proficiency in Tally and experience with Salesforce are a plus along with a strong willingness to learn and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

The major responsibilities are :

• Manage subscriptions endtoend : Create activate update and resume subscriptions based on client needs. You will be responsible for selecting the right packages understanding our subscription algorithm and ensuring that subscriptions are activated accurately.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail especially during monthend periods which are particularly hectic.
• Perform monthly revenue reconciliation to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Generate invoices as needed and assist with other accounts receivable (AR) related responsibilities.
• Handle inventory accounting and reconciliation for our retail subsidiary.
• Ensure financial documentation is precise and complete working closely with other departments to support smooth operations.
