Position : Senior Accounts Executive – Compliance, Budgeting & Financial Systems

Location : Ludhiana

Industry : Fasteners / Manufacturing

What You’ll Do (Your Power Responsibilities)

Own the accounting cycle end-to-end (AP / AR / GL, reconciliations, MIS – all of it!)

Ensure flawless compliance : GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, PT & audits

Build smart budgets & track cost efficiencies like a pro

Support financial system upgrades / ERP implementations

Analyse costing with Production & Purchase teams

Drive accuracy, structure, and financial hygiene across the company

Work directly with leadership for financial insights and decision support

Who We Are Looking For (Your Superpowers)

• 8–10 years of strong accounting & finance experience
• Manufacturing industry background (MUST)
• Advanced knowledge of statutory compliances
• Skilled in budgeting, costing, and financial analysis
• ERP / Financial system experience
• Excel-savvy (we mean REALLY savvy!)
• Highly disciplined, ethical, accurate, and organized
• Qualifications : B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter Preferred
