Role Description :
Intileo Technologies LLP is seeking an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in Goregaon, Maharashtra.
This is a key individual contributor role focused on high-volume recruitment, primarily within the Financial Services and Insurance (FLSI) sector, specifically Life Insurance or Health Insurance.
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, working closely with stakeholders, and utilizing various channels and vendors to meet aggressive hiring targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment process as an individual contributor, from understanding requirements to offer negotiation and release.
- Drive high-volume hiring initiatives with a target of releasing 25 to 30 offers every month.
- Specialize in recruiting for the FLSI sector, with a focus on roles within the Life Insurance or Health Insurance domains.
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and provide updates on recruitment progress.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and recruitment agencies, managing their performance to ensure timely and quality hires.
- Utilize and manage recruitment efforts across various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal referrals.
- Conduct initial screening of candidates to assess their suitability, experience, and fit for the required roles.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the offer extension and negotiation process with selected candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports.
Qualifications and Skills :
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition.Proven experience in high-volume hiring environments.Mandatory experience recruiting within the FLSI sector, specifically in Life Insurance or Health Insurance.Demonstrable end-to-end recruitment lifecycle management experience as an Individual Contributor (IC).Prior experience working with and managing recruitment vendors.Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively communicate and influence.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).ref : iimjobs.com)
