Planning Analyst

What you will do

• Planning & Stewardship activities for all sites of EM
• Generate insights on EM performance and how to reduce cost
• Conducts detailed research and analysis for business VP reporting and story telling
• Assist in defining EM value proposition

About You

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor / master’s degree in engineering preferably chemical with Minimum 70 %

Minimum 1 year of experience in business analytics with strong data & tool knowledge

Hands on experience with latest analytical tools eg. Tableau, Power BI, PowerPivots

Preferred Qualification :

Have a high commercial drive to apply analysis to business results

Be able to demonstrate strong numerical and analytical skills

Demonstrate the ability to communicate in a clear, concise and engaging manner, enabling questioning of analysis and encouraging debate

Be able to showcase initiative, tenacity and drive for continuous improvement

SAP Knowledge would be a plus
