Adapt – Sr. Analyst & Chief of Staff

Adapt is seeking a hardworking, analytical, and project-oriented leader to support our CEO on several key initiatives. The Sr. Analyst & Chief of Staff is an individual-contributor role reporting directly to the CEO. This position will analyze company data, develop critical business initiatives, and collaborate across the Adapt leadership team to ensure successful cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities

Operational Analysis

Analyze operational and performance metrics

Create executive-level summaries and presentations

Support and organize teams around critical operational initiatives

Sales Operations

Track Adapt’s sales pipeline and CRM activity

Summarize sales performance metrics for leadership

Run weekly sales huddle meetings

Follow up internally on sales opportunities to ensure progress and accountability

General Administration

Organize quarterly investor updates

Prepare materials for All-Hands, staff meetings, and leadership offsites

Purchase and ship team swag and customer gifts

Coordinate key customer meetings and logistics

Required Skills

Prior project management experience

Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Fast learner with strong problem-solving abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills

Administrative or Chief-of-Staff experience

Localization or media-technology industry experience

MBA or relevant graduate degree

Prior finance roles

Prior sales operations or RevOps experience
