RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Operations
- Prepare periodic sales pipeline, revenue reports, dashboards and conduct metric / trend analysis
- Drive sales operations initiatives including strategic planning, territory optimization, sales process optimization, forecasting
- Perform data sanctity review in CRM and execute clean-ups as required
- Populate CRM with new sales opportunities
- Ensure effective, timely and accurate reporting to top management on key metrics
- Manage sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes
- Ensure timely invoicing & collection from clients
- Maintain repository for all sales-related documents
- Conduct market analysis research to identify sales potential as requested by leadership
- Assist US-based sales team on an as-needed basis
- Regular analysis of inbound meetings data and maintenance of accurate records for senior leadership
RFP, Proposal & Communication Management
Respond to RFP / RFQ / ITQ from clientsGenerate leads through outreach, networking, and strategic prospectingDevelop tailored proposals for prospectsRespond to ad-hoc client requests related to deliverablesUse data, analysis, and business acumen to identify business growth opportunitiesDocument best practices and create standardized training materialsClient Meetings & Pre-Sales Support
Liaising with prospects to gather and understand requirementsOwn end-to-end pre-sales account management and communication for inbound meetings across global key accountsAttend calls with inbound prospects to assist and expedite the sales processConference & Event Management
Ensure all conferences-related deliverables are completed within deadlinesProduct Knowledge & Demo Enablement
Independently develop expertise in the company’s product, business applications, and platform technologiesTranslate product capabilities into business value during client interactionsSales Cycle & Pipeline Management
Support the full sales cycle by managing pipeline entries, follow-ups, opportunity tracking, reporting, and coordination with stakeholdersEnsure smooth handoffs between sales stages and improve sales processes through continuous optimizationREQUIREMENTS
Education
Undergraduate / Graduate Degree from a Top-Tier University / School in India or abroad (mandatory)Experience
2 to 3+ years of experience in high-tech space, preferably AI / SaaS industryTechnical Skills
Strong technical aptitude to understand business applications, analytics, and platform technologiesExcellence in Excel, PowerPoint, Google WorkspaceCRM proficiency (preference for CRM tools)Ability to independently learn and master new technologiesBusiness & Communication Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate technical, financial, and value propositions.Data-driven with exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesExcellence in email communication and business writingAbility to work independently with limited supervision and demonstrate strong initiativeTimings & Flexibility
