Role Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our Market Data Infrastructure team, focused on managing and resolving infrastructure issues and ensuring optimal performance of real-time data services.

Key Responsibilities :

• Resolving Data quality issues, this includes root cause analysis while managing internal and external vendors to resolve Data issues.
• Support On-call, incident management, problem and change managements.
• Ensuring optimal accuracy and timeliness of Data on a real-time basis while implementing monitoring tools to detect data issues.
• Work closely with regional and global Market Data Infrastructure teams to share knowledge and experience to enrich the team's capability and work together to provide a high level quality of services on Market Data.
• L2 Alert Management. Management of alerts that require knowledge for resolutions, creating and / or updating resolutions into knowledge base, run books, scripts and ITRS rules where possible
• Incident Management. Managing of incident lifecycle from identification to resolution, ensuring mitigation of business impact in the production environment.
• Change Management. Management of the process of making production changes to the ticker plant like Mandatory updates which includes content, software changes / upgrades that are performed by vendors or internal teams where only checkouts are necessary.
• Others : Release Management, Event Management, User support, Reporting.
