Role : AI / ML Architect

Responsibilities

• At least 7+ years of relevant AI / ML experience or previous ML experience with strong engineering competencies and at least 2+ years in Generative AI, and as an architect.
• Broad experience analysing complex, large-scale data sets, data pipelines, ingestion, and making data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity or hands-on experience with NLP techniques and applications is a plus.
• Proven experience successfully delivering high-quality solutions in complex environments.
• Strong track record of operating credibly at all levels in a fast-paced organization.
• The role involves designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade AI solutions with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs).
• The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in open-source LLMs such as Mistral, Qwen, or LLaMA, with hands-on experience in fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, PEFT, adapters), RAG-based chatbot development, and prompt engineering for commercial LLMs (Gemini, OpenAI).
• Candidates must have solid Python programming and API development skills and experience applying LLMs for structured data extraction and automation workflows.
• Familiarity with cloud-based ML environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and exposure to vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus) is desirable.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices for deploying and monitoring LLM-based applications will be an added advantage. In addition, experience with the US Benefits domain is highly valued for this role.
• The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions and active contribution across all phases of AI-related projects, from ideation to deployment.
