Manager Product Management

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Manager PM, Product to lead product strategy and development of CDP (Customer Data Platform). You will drive our product vision for Customer Data Platform (CDP). As a senior leader, you will champion collaboration and influence cross-functional teams to deliver customer centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• CDP Roadmap & Vision : Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our CDP, aligned to company goals and customer needs.
• Stakeholder Alignment : Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Sales, Customer Success, and external partners to ensure alignment and effective delivery.
• Voice of the Customer : Deeply understand user personas (dealers / OEMs), pain points, data workflows, and market trends to inform product decisions.
• Product Design & Requirements : Translate market / user insights into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Data Governance & Compliance : Ensure CDP meets security, privacy, and regulatory (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) requirements.
• Performance Measurement : Define KPIs, monitor adoption, and iterate to deliver measurable business and customer value.
• Go-to-Market : Collaborate in launch, enablement, and success of new features with Marketing, Sales, and Support.
• Team Leadership : Mentor and guide associate / junior product managers.
