Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA a plus). 3–4 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, planning, or corporate finance. Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our dynamic Finance team. Someone with strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to turn data into insights that guide strategic decisions using their analytical mindset to interpret financial data, then relating it to potential business trends and issues.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support business planning.
- Analyze financial performance against KPIs and report variances.
- Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize costs and improve profitability.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management for financial improvement.
