Jr. Graphic Designer

About the Role

We’re not looking for someone who only knows how to make cute posts on Instagram. We want a designer who understands how design performs across platforms, formats, and funnels. Someone who can create social media assets, build ad creatives that convert, and tweak their work based on how people actually interact with platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc. If you rely on inspiration boards for every tiny task, this is not for you.

Responsibilities

• Designing social media creatives for multiple platforms
• Developing ad creatives for performance campaigns
• Creating layouts that work at speed and scale
• Designing for LinkedIn and Twitter with a platform-first mindset
• Collaborating closely with video and strategy teams for integrated projects
• Using AI tools to speed up workflows, explore variations, and support ideation
