Responsibilities :

• Develop, implement, and monitor effective SEO strategies.
• Work towards improving organic search performance and maximizing ROI.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research to drive targeted traffic.
• Track and analyze key metrics including keyword rankings, traffic, bounce rate, and other KPIs.
• Prepare SEO performance reports and share actionable insights.
• Manage and mentor the SEO team, including team leads and executives.
• Collaborate with web developers, content creators, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices.
• Suggest process improvements and productivity optimization techniques.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best Minimum 2+ years of experience as an SEO Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of standard and current SEO practices.
• Experience working in Digital Marketing Agencies (preferred).
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, MOZ, SEMrush, etc.
• Familiarity with web analytics platforms like Google Analytics and WebTrends.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights
