Consultant- Products

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Products team at Mercer Mettl. This role will be based in Gurgaon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

About the Role :

As a Consultant in our Products team, you will play a significant role in the firm’s growth and client success. You will support clients globally, and ensure they are able to positively impact their business outcomes. You will work with internal and external clients and partners across the globe on projects across various sectors including banking, government entities, retail, academic institutions, pharmaceuticals, and aviation. You will work alongside the client experience team on each client’s development and succession requirements. More importantly, you will ensure that you build and maintain positive relationships with your clients and across the team.

Responsibilities :

Solution Development & Management

• Support or lead the implementation of productized offerings with our clients.
• Work with clients to tailor the standardized solution just enough to meet their specific context.
• Standardize methodologies and frameworks to allow repeatable use across clients.
• Maintain and update solutions to reflect new trends, client feedback, and lessons from deployments.
• Work with subject matter experts to ensure content relevance and accuracy.
