About the Role
The key role of AGM - Sales Strategy is to design and implement data-driven plans that optimize sales performance and drive revenue growth. It involves analyzing market trends, buyer behavior, and competitive positioning to define pricing, product mix, and channel strategies. The function also supports sales teams through effective forecasting, target setting, and performance monitoring while ensuring alignment with the organization’s overall business objectives. Additionally, it collaborates with marketing, finance, and project teams to enhance customer acquisition, improve conversion rates, and strengthen the brand’s market presence.
Responsibilities
Sales AOP governance
Monthly sales forecasting
Devising Pricing strategy for launch & lifecycle in collaboration with Zonal teams
Preparing IOM & GTM for new Product launches along with system readiness in collaboration with Zonal Sales Head
Sustenance Sales planning in collaboration with regional teams
Monitoring Lifecycle pricing, inventory management, and COS
Preparing inputs for product during TDD and PCP phases in collaboration with Zonal Sales Head
Sales structure, Product training & experience management
Sales schemes & offers roll out
Sales brief for marketing campaigns
Qualifications
Max - 15 years, from a Real Estate background
